1. All items are shipped internationally by air from a small business. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled; therefore I accept refunds ONLY for quality issues—change-of-mind, wrong-size, accidental duplicate orders, etc. are NOT eligible for refund or cancellation. As a one-person shop, I’m unable to absorb the combined loss of the product cost, the shipping fee, and the platform transaction fee. So Please think carefully before placing your order!!!
  2. Cross-border delivery can be delayed by customs inspections, airline backlogs or other logistics events beyond our control. We monitor every shipment and will re-send your order free of charge if it is clearly lost or stalled for an exceptional period, but we kindly ask you to contact us first instead of opening a charge-back or PayPal dispute—open communication lets us solve problems quickly for both sides.
