【REFUND AND RETURN POLICY】
Unfortunately, we do not accept refund/return without any reason. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item, we will accept a return or replacement upon receiving relevant photos or proof of the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund/return, you can contact us at sales@blingvogue.com. If your refund/return is accepted (please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable), we’ll send you a instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are sorry we don't provide free return service so you'll need to find a carrier and send the item back to us in its original conditon.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/return, and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@blingvogue.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
