Please Note Before Purchase

• Each phone case is handmade, so small handmade details may naturally occur, such as slight glue marks or minor imperfections. If you are highly particular about small details, please consider this before purchasing.

• Since every case is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue (minor rhinestone loss is not considered a quality issue).

• Each order includes extra rhinestones and glue for easy touch-ups if needed.

Special Reminder: The delivery time is based on the estimate provided by the logistics company. However, actual transportation may be delayed due to special circumstances such as customs clearance, extreme weather, lost-in-transit incident or incorrect delivery by the logistics company. These factors are beyond our control, and the logistics fees are paid directly to the logistics company, not to us. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund simply because the delivery time exceeds the estimated time. However, we will DO OUR BEST to help resolve the issue (in certain cases, we'll arrange a replacement shipment), and we ask for your understanding! 

If you have urgent orders, we suggest consulting with our customer service in advance or placing your order with caution!

We ship internationally at different cost. Use the shipping calculator at checkout to workout the costs as costs and shipping time for each country vary. 

【TRACKING YOUR ORDER】

You can find your tracking ID in your order and track your package via Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

【WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER】

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately via sales@blingvogue.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Once the package is in transit, changing the address may no longer be possible. And buyer should be responsible for the extra forwarding fee.

【LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES】

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. 【REFUND AND RETURN POLICY】

Unfortunately, we do not accept refund/return without any reason. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item, we will accept a return or replacement upon receiving relevant photos or proof of the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/return, and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
