【WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER】
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately via sales@blingvogue.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Once the package is in transit, changing the address may no longer be possible. And buyer should be responsible for the extra forwarding fee.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. 【REFUND AND RETURN POLICY】
Unfortunately, we do not accept refund/return without any reason. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item, we will accept a return or replacement upon receiving relevant photos or proof of the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/return, and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
